By implementing VICEPRED Project our intention was to increase knowledge, skills and attitudes of parents-to-be from the beginning of the pregnancy in order to achieve better parenting outcomes and facilitate the development of the child's potential, The Virtual Centre for Prenatal Education, created by the 9 Project Partners on the e-learning platform www.omaedu.ro, enables future parents to be aware of the importance of preparing for child conception several months in advance by adopting a healthy lifestyle, provides information to make conscious choices and live in harmony during the prenatal period and to develop parenting skills before birth. The Virtual Centre for Prenatal Education consists of 9 thematic rooms grouped in 3 Hubs: Relationship, Information and Soft Skills Hub.. Visiting each of the 9 rooms is part of a journey where both future parents and the professionals who accompany them, as well as the general public, can discover new ways to relate to their daily life when the baby appears, first as an idea, then as a cell, an embryo, a foetus and then as a long-awaited baby. We want to raise awareness at the societal level of the importance of preparing for conception and the birth of future children.
