Specific Objective: - Enhancement of the early integration of refugees into the labor market - Enhancement of the role of entrepreneurs as mentors - Raising entrepreneurs’ and local communities awareness regarding the benefits of the insertion of high skilled migrants in the labor market Obiectivul priectului BYTE este de a ajuta migranții (inclusiv refugiații din Ucraina) să devină antreprenori (infiintarea unui întreprindere generatoare de profit cu obiective sociale). Obiectiv specific: - Îmbunătățirea integrării refugiaților pe piața muncii - Consolidarea rolului antreprenorilor ca mentori - Creșterea gradului de conștientizare a antreprenorilor și a comunităților locale cu privire la beneficiile inserării migranților cu înaltă calificare în piata muncii
