The main objective of the LOGMASTER project is to develop a joint master study programme framework for Supply Chain Management and Logistics to cope with the requirements in terms of competencies of the ELA qualification standards. Other specific objectives, derived from this one, are: - to provide a new modern educational programme using the most advanced digital education tools designed for top management positions in supply chain management and logistics; - to develop a cutting-edge supply chain management and logistics curriculum, applying modern teaching/learning methods involving digitalisation; - to develop student-centred approaches and flexible educational pathways fostering the competency-based education system - to enhance cooperation among HEIs, logistics training associations, certification bodies and enterprises in the fields of logistics higher education and digital education supporting the flow and exchange of knowledge from the academia to the supply chain and logistics sector.

There were implemented the following activities: Wp1: Kick-off meeting TPM #1; Romania WP2 Master Programme Framework in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Activity 1. Developing a guideline for minimum requirements in order to reach the competencies of ELAQF related to Supply Chain Management and Logistics Level 7 Activity 2. Guidelines for Developing a New Curriculum for EQF 7 Level: The output contained harmonized information on the curriculum for a new master's program, covering learning outcomes for subjects like Warehousing, Transportation, Sourcing and Customer Service, Supply Chain Management/Planning, and Supply Chain Design. It also provided details on developing learning outcomes to achieve digital and transversal competencies. 2. Masterโs Rules and Requirements: The output included specific information for students interested in the new master's program. It featured at least two chapters: - Harmonized prerequisites: detailed the required student profile (specializations, knowledge, competencies from previous studies) and technical aspects like accommodation and fees. - Degree outcome profile: developed after extensive consultation with logistics companies, providing essential information for the curriculum design of the new master's program. 3. Report on the Proposed Curricula for the New Master Program: The output contained detailed curriculum information for the new master's program, including learning outcomes, hours, ECTS, professional and transversal competencies, minimum exam requirements, and references.
