Soil, Soul, Society - holistic approaches for youth

Objectives Ob. 1: To develop the professional competencies of min. 186 youth workers to be able to use innovative methods and tools that are based on "environmental education". Ob. 2: To develop the professional competencies of min. 186 youth workers to be able to use innovative methods and tools that are based on "soulcentric development". Ob. 3: To develop the professional competencies of min. 186 youth workers to be able to use innovative methods and tools that are based on "citizenship education". Activities -Creating 3 Intellectual outputs: Soil Tool Kit (environmental education), Soul Tool Kit (soulcentric development), Society Tool Kit (citizenship education). -3 transnational training courses (8 day long) for 24 youth workers/each -3 mobilities for exchange of good practices (7 day long) for 12 youth workers/each -3 videos with good practices -multiplier events (workshops) for 300 youth workers (100/country) -3 online multiplier events (one day long events) for 150 youth workers (50/country) Impact Tangible: -3 intellectual outputs: Soil Tool Kit, Soul Tool Kit, Society Tool Kit, which contain courses, booklets, recordings, educational cards etc. -6 transnational learning mobilities -3 videos with good practices -min. 558 direct beneficiaries (youth workers) -min 1080 youth with fewer opportunities attend workshops made by the direct beneficiaries (youth workers) Intangible: -improved professional competencies about how to use three innovative methodologie (tools, practices, activities).
