Izrada aplikacije za primenu dnevnika kompetencija u VET školama i kod socijalnih partnera

The goal of the project is to develop an application for the application of the competence diary as an instrument for monitoring the progress and evaluation of students in VET schools and with social partners. Based on the self-evaluation report of schools participating in the project, the indicator of monitoring the progress of students in accredited companies by teachers (coordinators for learning through work) and mentors is the least fulfilled. The law on dual education was changing and the project participants wanted to improve the implementation of learning through work in accredited companies, to improve the methodology of monitoring student progress and evaluation, as well as the instruments they will use to monitor student progress and evaluation. Teacher mentors, coordinators in companies had a need for more effective communication and more efficient use of time for monitoring and evaluating student work. Parents are interested in monitoring the progress of students in companies and at the parents' councils, they requested that this data be available to them as well as recommendations from teachers and mentors in order to participate in monitoring and motivating students to achieve better results.

The defined goal of the project is the creation of an application for the application of the competence diary as an instrument for monitoring the progress and evaluation of students in VET schools and with social partners. The specific objectives of the project are: 1. Changing the methodology of monitoring student progress in accredited companies using the application 2. Improving the competence of teachers (coordinators of learning through work), mentors and students using the application for monitoring progress and evaluation. With the project, we wanted to create an application for the application of the competence diary as an instrument for monitoring the progress and evaluation of students. During the project, we wanted to create and implement training for teachers, students and coordinators for learning through work for the application of the application. To create a digital instrument and improve the digital competences of student mentors and coordinators for learning through work and to improve the standard of teaching and learning, especially the indicator of monitoring the progress and evaluation of students through learning through work.
