SOURCE aimed to create a sustainable framework for enhancing educators' digital capabilities, fostering innovative teaching practices, and ensuring inclusive, high-quality online learning experiences. SOURCE focused on equipping online educators with the tools and competencies needed for effective online teaching. Key objectives included: -Recommend an online instructor profile employing EU policy instruments and framework -Actively engage beneficiaries and stakeholders in the activities -Address systematically the instructional design process -Design and develop MOOC focusing on delivering engaging and participatory online learning experiences -Upskill/reskill adult learners in terms of digital technologies and teaching methods -Transform educators to “design scientists” able to drive their own learning – digital transformation in terms of skills, attitudes and knowledge. -Recommendations for educational technologies on policy levels These objectives directly address critical gaps in adult education aligned with EU priorities. SOURCE project aimed to engage all target groups and relevant stakeholders in the the implementation process and supporting it as example of good practice in online teaching and visual methods.
