▶Objectives
Participants gained a deep understanding of climate change, including its causes, effects, and the urgency of action. By the project's end,they could critically engage with climate issues and recognize their role in addressing them.Ss actively created and implemented sustainable solutions,like environmental campaigns,recycling programs and energy-saving strategies, gaining practical experience in grassroots initiatives. We focused on developing leadership skills,empowering young participants to lead climate projects in their schools and communities.These future leaders are now ready to inspire others and advocate for climate action locally,nationally and globally. The project fostered stronger connections between schools,local organizations and international partners,building a global network of climate-conscious youth.This network promoted cross-cultural exchange and solidarity in tackling climate change through joint activities and collaborative problem-solving. Through hands-on learning,the project inspired lasting behavioral changes,encouraging ss to adopt sustainable habits like reducing waste,conserving energy,and supporting eco-friendly practices.Our efforts aligned with global sustainability initiatives,particularly SDG13.

Turkey -students' presentations on climate change, its causes ans effects -a STEM activity to make a simple wind turbine to better understand renewable energy source Romania -Art work using recycling materials -“Provoking good deeds”- digital art work - multinational teamwork -visit the large recycling station Sweden -a meeting with the local authorities from the Karlstad Environment Committee -a visit to Mariebergsskogen culture and nature centre -Activity at Värmlands museum: Future lab: Environmental effects of technology choices -Working for the climate on a daily basis -Climate walk in Karlstad, causes and prevention of flooding -Activities at the university Lecture about teaching climate change Game: Riskville – risk perspectives on city planning Game: Floodville - interactive model of a flooded city Portugal -Presentations about known art works made of recycled materials -Presentations about the effects of climate change in the area -building digital games concerning climate change -Playing existing digital climate change awareness games. -Visiting some works of art made of recycled materials -Creation of a giant slogan with thoughts on environmental preservation --A visit to a natural park and walk in the nature
