Objectives

By implementing the BeatBurnout (BB) project, the first objective was to understand how women as a group perceived remote work and the unique challenges they faced, particularly in relation to burnout. Through this understanding, we aimed to develop materials that not only highlighted the specific risks women encounter but could also be applied to all employees. Additionally, a key goal was to equip managers with the knowledge and tools to recognize and address burnout early, enabling them to take more proactive measures in supporting their teams, and even though we reached a limited number of HR/Leaders the material is there and free to use for anyone.
