The Europe Fit for the Digital Age priority sets an ambitious plan for the digital transformation of modern societies. However, digital literacy and access to digital services becomes a need with social relevance, amplifying social inequalities and the marginalization of older persons who lack digital literacy. This project aims to introduce a rigorous human rights framework in the training activities within informal settings for digital literacy among older persons.
