โ–ถObjectives

The DEMcare4all project was implemented to provide effective care to improve the lives of people with dementia, their caregivers, and family members. It focused on educating and raising awareness among caregivers, people with early-stage dementia, and children living with dementia patients. The project supported dementia caregivers while promoting intergenerational learning and reducing the stigma associated with dementia. By filling gaps in dementia-specific training and creating intergenerational tools, it strengthened the caregiving process and provided practical, emotional, and educational support to families. The project achieved the following objectives: - Educated and raised awareness about dementia among caregivers and people with early-stage dementia. - Familiarized and educated children living with dementia patients. - Supported caregivers who can better manage dementia patients and children. - Promoted learning opportunities across generations. - Reduced dementia stigma and improved inclusion.
