Objectives 1. Recreate “Hero School” art tool to be applied in an international context 2. Capacitate facilitators in Sweden and Serbia to facilitate Hero's Journey workshops with 200 youth of 14-25 3. Enrich the Methodology of 'Hero School" including the perspectives of youth. 4. Boost confidence among youth in expressing their personal and societal dilemmas, empower them individually and collectively to participate in society. 5. Create a discussion forum as a creative and safe space of expression Activities 1. Project Management 2. Workshop with instructors and facilitators: Develop method and design workshop for youth 3. Workshop with youth (14-25) 4. Dissemination of results Impact 1.10 facilitators and instructors are capacitated to facilitate workshops with 200 youth of 14-25, promoting new alternative modes of participation. 2. Examination and promotion of the hero story during interactions with the young people result in more inclusive, non-discrimination, and diversity perceptions. 3. A discussion forum is created as a creative and safe space of expression for analyzing, reflecting, addressing exclusion, displacement, and strengthening soft skills.
