โถObjectives
We aim to improve the knowledge of parents, carers, educators and school administrators about teenage mental health, including common challenges, early warning signs and the impact of mental wellbeing on academic and social development. To encourage open discussions about mental health, helping adults and teenagers feel more comfortable seeking and providing support without fear of judgement or misunderstanding. To encourage schools and families to adopt long-term practices that prioritise mental health, such as regular workshops, peer support groups and collaboration with mental health professionals. Ultimately, the goal was to contribute to healthier communities by ensuring that teenagers receive the emotional support they need for academic, social and personal success.
