▶Objectives
The aim of the project was to create innovative multilingual content and study materials for both theoretical and practical courses focused on gastronomy and food science. Its clear objective was to integrate Ukrainian students into the educational process at the participating universities by developing teaching materials and instructional videos in both the language of the host country and in Ukrainian. This approach was intended to facilitate their professional training, enhance their understanding of specialized subjects, and improve their interaction with university lecturers. This mutual learning process strengthened intercultural exchange, improved the quality of teaching, and contributed to greater inclusiveness and openness within the academic environment at the participating universities
