▶Objectives
By implementing this project, we wanted to provide adult learners in adult educational institutions and organizations, adult educators, adult educational institution administrators and adult NGO, SME staff and managers, adult institution volunteers to understand the importance of transformational learning, to develop their capacity to cooperate with other adult educational institutions in Europe, and to improve the social participation of adults in society. We wanted to achieve diversifying the learning-teaching methods of adult learning organizations around Europe; focusing on a common learning experience and the awareness of intercultural tolerance, inferences from each other's experience, critical reflection, changing critical thinking and meaning schemes, and these issues would contribute to common value and citizen participation.
