▶Objectives
1. Dissemination of sustainable agricultural practices, 2. Contributing to vocational education’s development, Increasing the qualifications of teachers: Vocational teachers’ becoming better equipped on sustainable agriculture and climate change so that they can provide more effective education to students, Strengthening the Occupational Profiles of Students: Students’ becomeing more competitive in their professions by gaining innovative and applied knowledge and skills in the field of sustainable agriculture, 3. Social and Cultural Integration (language development, ability to recognize and live together with different cultures, inclusion of disadvantaged students to the process) 4. To ensure international cooperation and sharing of good practices, 5. To increase the use of innovation and technology in agriculture, 6. To provide economic and environmental contributions, a-Economic Development: It was aimed to spread sustainable practices in the agricultural sector and contribute to economic development. b-Environmental Protection: The protection of the environment and naturalness will be ensured through sustainable practices.
▶Activities
The project includes the following mobility activities: -Journey to Organic Agriculture -Developing Climate Adaptation Strategies in Agriculture Lessons -Agroecological Transformation in Sustainability -We Recycle for a Clean Future in Agriculture Apart from these mobility activities, every institution in local; -Meetings on climate change and agriculture issues were done. -Events were organized on World Farmers' Day to raise awareness of sustainable agriculture. -By carrying out 'Organic Corner' activities locally, institutions have increased students' knowledge and experience regarding organic production. -Workshops were held with farmers on climate adaptation strategies.
▶Impact
Concrete Outputs of the Project; 'Collection and Recycling of Agricultural Waste' e-book 'Agroecology Guide' 'Organic Product Manual' has been created. Besides these, the other results; 1-) The occupational profiles of participants in partner institutions have been strengthened. 2-)Contribution was made to the development of skills needed in the labor market. 3-)Innovative approaches have been adopted in vocational education and training. The project contributed to innovation in vocational education and training. Lesson plans have been created within the scope of climate adaptation strategies in agriculture. In this context, it is integrated into the course. 4-)It has contributed to increasing climate literacy behaviors. 5-)The project was successfully completed, increasing the institutions' capacity to carry out high-quality mobility projects and their internationalization strategies.
