▶Objectives
It has been aimed to enhance the knowledge, professional, personal, methodological, social, and digital competences of educators working in public and non-public organizations through modular mixed-mode learning programmes. A Supervision Programme has been developed to improve the quality of counseling, guidance, and educational services provided to refugees, migrants, and individuals with a migration background within public and non-public institutions. Educational and motivational videos have been prepared to support the social inclusion, encouragement, and rehabilitation of refugees, migrants, and individuals with migration backgrounds. Structural activities have been carried out to support lifelong learning processes of educators in public and non-public organizations. The quality, intensity, and scope of partnership networks have been strengthened to foster national and transnational collaboration among universities and other stakeholders in supporting the integration process of migrants.
