Summary

Objectives The objective of the project is to empower and help the young NEETs integrate to the society via (i) increasing their self-awareness and self-esteem by helping them recognize their potentials and (ii) equipping them with skills to act upon their potentials by improving their entrepreneurial capacity and employability and (iii) providing them bridges from training to jobs. In this end, the project is designed to offer a full circle support system for the NEETs. Activities -Evidence Based Need Analysis (Research on the NEET population for each country) -Training for Trainers (LTT1) -Self-Knowledge Module -Entrepreneurship Traning Modules -"Serious Game" Start a Business -Pilot Training to Implement Self-Knowledge Module, Entrepreneurship Training Modules and Serious Game on yuong NEETs. (LTT2) - Succes Stories pod-casts, interviews finalized as an e-book. -New Professions Guide (e-book) -Four TPMs -Five Multiplier Events - Project Website (Online Resource Center) Impact -Engage NEETS in a personal and professionalizing journey with confidence by developing their self-esteem and skills. - Decrease the share of the young NEETs by creating bridges from trainings to jobs -Accompany the youth workers in the use of tools and methods of support adapted to these young people in search of meaning.-To test informal learning methods(peer to peer, learning by doing, experiential learning, spiral progression)in order to best adapt to the assimilation process of the NEETs Link to project card: Show project card * Results are available for this project.
