This involved researching existing CoPs, conducting interviews with experts, and reviewing relevant literature. - Learn how to promote CoPs among adult education practitioners: The project aimed to raise awareness about the value of CoPs as a tool for fostering collaboration, peer learning, and professional development. This involved disseminating information about CoPs through various channels, including workshops, webinars, and online publications. - Develop the competence of the project team to transfer the results and promote the creation of further CoPs: The project sought to equip the project team with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to support the establishment and sustainability of CoPs beyond the project's lifespan. - Promote the value of CoPs among adult educators and staff of institutions: The project sought to demonstrate the practical benefits of CoPs.
