The PEACE project objective was to address the critical need to enhance the competencies of adult educators and other adult education staff in effectively managing the challenges associated with educating Ukrainian refugees and others who have fled war and suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Achieving its goal, the PEACE project empowered Adult Educators with an Online Digital Database, filled with tools and resources for Parasympathetic Stimulation, essential for effective trauma management and maximizing the learning success of adult trainees. The project recognized that several courses for language learning, job-coaching, or re-skilling, though pedagogically designed, failed to deliver the expected learning outcomes due to a lack of trauma management competence among adult educators. Our objective was to expand the didactical options available to Adult trainers working with trainees with trauma or PTSD by creating a repository that serves as an "enabler for enhancing learning success” Our objective was to actively disseminated the PEACE results in our Adult Educators network and through PEACE Conference as OER to Adult trainers and stakeholders.
