The BiblioLingua project aimed to improve language learning by providing digital reading tools adapted to different learners, including those with specific learning disorders (SLDs), hearing impairments, and disadvantaged backgrounds. The goal was to offer accessible and engaging eBooks while supporting teachers with educational resources to improve language instruction. The project partners also wanted to address gaps in foreign language proficiency, as studies show that many students do not reach the expected levels. By developing digital reading materials with customizable features, we ensured that learners could access European literature in a way that suited their needs. In addition to helping students, BiblioLingua focused on teacher development by providing ready to use lesson plans, a creation manual, and accessibility guidelines. These resources aimed to support educators in using digital tools and inclusive teaching methods in their classrooms. The project also promoted European cultural heritage by adapting classic literary works, allowing students to engage with the richness of European literature while improving their language skills.
