Teachers and educational content creators are essential pillars of a high-quality, inclusive education system. Their adaptability during the pandemic, embracing distance learning, exemplifies their commitment to continuous learning. This project aims to empower these professionals with the digital skills they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving education landscape. Digital transformation demands innovative approaches to education, like spatial visualizations for example. Platforms like iedu360.eu and mozaweb.com pave the way for immersive and engaging virtual and augmented reality experiences. Our project objectives align with the European Framework for Digital Competences for Trainers (DigiCompEdu), ensuring that teachers, content creators, and youth acquire the essential digital skills. The objectives of the project are: Main objective: Increasing the digital competences of teachers, creators of educational content and youth, according to the European Framework for Digital Competences for Trainers (DigiCompEdu); Sub-goal 1: Promoting opportunities for digital transformation of the educational; sector; Sub-goal 2: Tailored educational resources and training programs for teachers, educational content creators and youth.

The project successfully implemented three key activities: 1. Project Management and Partner Meetings: - Conducted comprehensive administrative tasks to ensure seamless project execution. - Organized and hosted one written and two online partner meetings to foster collaboration and exchange ideas. 2. Analysis, Recommendations, and Guidelines/Training Materials: - Conducted in-depth desk study to gain a thorough understanding of the project's scope and objectives. - Conducted thorough surveys among target groups to gather valuable insights and feedback. - Developed comprehensive guidelines and open educational resources to enhance teaching and learning practices. 3. Center for Competences and Training: - Established a Center for Competences with a detailed development plan and a user-friendly virtual training space available on www.hub.shareeurope.net. - Created and implemented profiled training programs tailored to the specific needs of educational stakeholders. - Conducted pilot training sessions to validate the effectiveness of the training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

1. Expert Team & Robust Oversight: - Formed an expert international project management team. - Implemented a meticulous monitoring system, ensuring adherence to set deadlines. 2. Strategic Partnership: - Conducted impactful partner meetings (1 in-person, 2 online) with two experts from each organization. 3. Insightful Analysis: - Developed analytical material through an desk study with project partners. 4. Guidelines and Training Impact: - Crafted recommendations for educational resources, backed by in-depth questionnaires. - Published 10+ guidelines/training materials online in partnership languages. 5. Competence Center Excellence: - Established a strategic framework for Competence Center development. - Created a vibrant virtual Competence Center space at www.hub.shareeurope.net. 6. Targeted Training Initiatives: - Developed tailored training programs for project target groups. - Successfully executed pilot training sessions for representative groups.
