The main objectives of the project Digital Onboarding are: Objective 1 - Develop Digital Onboarding Methodology for setting new hires for success and decrease time for them to become proficient in their new roles Objective 2 - Identification of a set of open source tools suitable for digital onboarding purposes like e-Learning, VR, Automatic translation, multilingual Text-to-Voice Synthesizers. Objective 3 - Develop a training course on the Digital Onboarding Methodology and tools. Objective 4 - Dissemination and Implementation of the project outputs. In parallel, we aimed to create examples of digital content applicable to onboarding, using the open source tools identified in the course of the project. By implementing the products of the project, we aim to achieve: 1. Implementation of a well-designed digital onboarding process 2. A systematic approach to the design of the experience of employees along their life cycle in the enterprise 3. The use of digital technologies in onboarding, where possible 4. To significantly reduce onboarding time and costs and improve onboarding efficiency 5. To train employees involved in onboarding how to implement the digital onboarding process and tools
