We wanted to increase participants' understanding of environmental issues, particularly the impacts of climate change, biodiversity loss, and unsustainable practices. Our goal was to educate them about the importance of adopting eco-friendly behaviors and policies. A significant aim was to create a sense of shared responsibility for the future by fostering collaboration among participants from different backgrounds. We wanted to build a network of individuals and organizations working together towards a common goal of sustainability. A critical goal was to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to address environmental challenges. By educating them on these issues, we aimed to prepare them to lead future efforts in creating a healthier and more sustainable world. Ultimately, we wanted the project to have a lasting impact by instilling values and behaviors in participants that would continue to benefit the environment and society long after the project concluded. We envisioned this project as a stepping stone towards larger, sustained efforts in environmental protection and active citizenship.

During the project we carried out 4 mobilities, online activities and activities at school level. Before we started with the mobilities, we had an online familiarization meeting. During this meeting, we explained to the students what the goals of the project are and what will be expected to be done within its implementation. Before the first meeting, all the students prepared their motivation letters, in which they described exactly what they would like to learn and develop themselves during the project. During the four mobilities many experiments were carried out, we made many visits to cultural places and places where students could be close to nature. During the meetings, the teachers significantly improved their teaching methods and got acquainted with many new approaches in modern education. In addition to mobilities, each partner was tasked with carrying out activities related to the project topic at their institution. Spain held informational meetings to raise awareness among young people, Portugal made a vertical garden in their school, Bulgaria had visits to national parks and reserves, and Turkey organized a cleaning and recycling campaign.

The concrete outputs and results of our project were numerous and impactful. We produced an eBook that showcased the collective work of all participants. This eBook served as a comprehensive presentation of our activities, findings, and creative contributions, effectively documenting the project's progress and achievements. We created videos aimed at raising awareness about the environmental problems caused by human behavior. These videos were designed to educate a broader audience on the consequences of unsustainable practices and to promote more environmentally conscious actions. Participants improved their language skills, as the project involved collaboration with partners from different countries. This intercultural exchange required communication in a common language, enhancing participants' proficiency and confidence in using that language. Teachers involved in the project improved their teaching methods. They adopted new strategies and tools for educating students about environmental issues, which enhanced the overall learning experience and made it more engaging and impactful. All participants had the opportunity to experience and learn about different cultures, because of the diverse backgrounds of the partners.
