โถObjectives
The project "eHealth4Autism" offered the opportunity to the partners to collaborate on a project concerning Adults with Autism and the potential benefits of the use of non-clinical applications. The partnership acted as the stepping stone for three partners from Cyprus, Greece, and Belgium to cooperate toward a common objective at the European level. In the context of the project, we supported the inclusion of people with autism who have fewer opportunities in national awareness events and brought the European dimension to the local level. Partners shared successful IT tools for autism and enhanced their expertise and communication skills. Transnational cooperation in the context of the project contributed to increased cohesion and levelled the playing field. The proposed transnational partnership allowed for the testing of new approaches to common problems, trying new ideas, and sharing a booklet of good practices in the area of autism. The project participants developed a habit of cooperation and knowledge exchange. In conclusion, "eHealth4Autism" fostered cross-country collaboration, enhancing expertise sharing, and promoting transnational cooperation for the benefit of adults with autism.
