▶Objectives
Through this project, we aimed to achieve several key objectives. Firstly, we wanted to increase our organization’s digital capacities by 75%, enabling us to offer high-quality, flexible learning opportunities in the field of Eco-Soulcentric Development (ESD). This digital expansion aimed to enhance our ability to reach and effectively engage adult educators. Secondly, we aimed to help 24 adults, including 12 with fewer opportunities, to improve their personal and social competences by 75%. This has happened drawing from the Map of Wholeness, a core part of the ESD concept. Additionally, we helped 12 adults, half of them coming from disadvantaged groups, achieve a 75% improvement in their skills using the Eco-Soulcentric Wheel framework. Both methods focused on promoting overall growth and skill development for participants. Lastly, equipped around 400 adult educators with a minimum of 40 innovative teaching methodologies inspired by the Eco-Soulcentric Development concept. This objective focused on broadening the educators' approaches, allowing them to foster deeper, more transformative learning experiences in their own educational contexts.
