Nové profesní kvalifikace v odborném podnikovém vzdělávání

The application was submitted due to the need to create specific professional qualifications for the acquisition of pedagogical and didactic competences of internal trainers and coaches in enterprises. The current system of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) does not offer any qualifications that are adapted to the corporate environment. The only qualification available, 'Continuing Education Trainer', is too demanding for most in-house trainers and does not meet the specific needs of the industrial sector. Given that employers are obliged by the Labour Code to ensure that employee training is delivered by a qualified trainer with sufficient training, practical skills and pedagogical abilities, we identified the need to develop new and accessible qualifications to identify the pedagogical and pedagogical competences of in-house trainers. Internal trainers often have long experience and great expertise, but most of them do not have any pedagogical training, and thus the employer cannot even guarantee that the internal trainer has the pedagogical skills that would enable the internal training to be conducted qualitatively in terms of andragogy (adult didactics) and thus meet the legal requirements.

Our aim is to ensure that in-house trainers acquire the necessary pedagogical and didactic skills to effectively train adults in the workplace. The new qualifications 'Production Skills Trainer' and 'Enterprise Training Trainer' are designed to meet the specific needs of enterprises, to give in-house trainers better access to pedagogical skills and to ensure a higher quality of employee training. The project aims to improve the quality of vocational corporate training by creating two new qualifications that will provide in-house trainers with the necessary pedagogical and didactic skills specifically adapted to the corporate environment. The aim is to ensure that trainers in companies are able to effectively train adults, increase their professional qualifications and motivation for further training. We also want to support employers in fulfilling their legal obligations under the Labour Code by providing trainers with the tools and knowledge needed to properly and qualitatively train employees.
