The project aimed to support adult education centers in preventing negative psychosocial effects on Ukrainian refugees by adopting a methodology of Music and Sound Therapy, which provided a valid support for overcoming the linguistic obstacles that refugees are facing in this current situation and favoring their social inclusion of the refugees and better adaptation in society The project aimed to overcome linguistic obstacles of Ukrainian refugees in accessing psychological support The project aimed to a) Prevent traumatic conditions in the post-war setting, including all conditions of micro-traumas, vicarious trauma, Acute Stress Syndrome and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder b) Stimulate the synergies between adult education centers and psychologists in order to offer support to Ukrainian refugees c) Promote the knowledge and flexibility of solutions offered by adult education centers through the MOOC and methodology applicable by all and accessibility of adult education trainings d) Reduce the skills mismatch of adult education centers in supporting the victim of traumatic experience and negative emotions

The main projects' results: 1. a "Methodology of MusicTherapy for the Post War and Disasters Recovery" based on 90 minutes of video-lectures, 6 educational materials (1 per modules) designed to support adult educators in supporting Ukrainian refugees in dealing with negative emotions related to vicarious traumatic conditions and finding a proper psychological and social support. Creation of a Mini Guide for the measurement of psychological well-being of ukrainian refugees. 2. 7 audio tracks project's results with guided exercises of Music and Sound Therapy for dealing directly with stress, anxiety and increasing self-efficacy and targeted to adult Ukrainian refugees Over 800 participants and users of the main results. 3 Transnational Project Meetings and Internal Brief Workshops (Words for Therapy, Voice for Therapy, Sound-Therapy) and their educational materials The project is completed by a Music-Training Event with at least 50 members of the target group attending, including all partners. The event included the music performance and presentation of the project's results. In addition, the partners IT and RO presented the project in Rome with over 80 participants.
