▶Objectives
The main aim of our project was to contribute to managing the digital transformation by developing digital readiness, resilience and capacity. In a world that is constantly and rapidly changing, where the demands on us and our students are changing at breakneck speed, especially in terms of ICT skills, adaptability and resilience are important success factors. By participating in and implementing the project, these factors and competences could be expanded and promoted in all participants.
▶Activities
Work began in the local partner schools on January 1st 2023. The learners were selected and the content for the teaching materials and digital tools to be created for the teacher training courses was finalised. The first mobility was the kick-off meeting of the teachers in Brussels at the end of February 2023, where we finalised the project and scheduled the meetings, concluded a cooperation agreement and visited the EU institutions. We were able to present our project to an employee of a German MEP. Over the course of the project, we met with our learners three times, alternating between the project partners: May 2023 in Romania, September 2023 in Germany and March 2024 in Hungary. In preparation for the project meetings, the partner schools each completed homework, i.e. created and tested digital teaching materials, which we then presented to each other on site. We then held on-site teacher training sessions on the digital tools used. Finally, the teachers involved in the project met in Luxembourg at the end of May 2024 to evaluate the progress of the project and prepare the final report.
▶Impact
As planned, we have created digital teaching materials in the selected subjects. These can be accessed via the project homepage in the download area: https://duden2.dig-edu-team.eu/downloads/.
