Our objective is strengthening social inclusion, active citizenship and civic engagement through knowledge sharing and capacity building between grass-root institutions -community projects, local group initiatives and organisations. We want to empower community actors, educators, social workers, project managers and participants in developing key competences and sustainable local solutions that respond to socioeconomic and environmental challenges. We support social innovation, local cooperation and community self-organization through the exchange of tools, methods and good practices related to inclusive community development and models of social cooperation. By involving different generations and both local and refugee communities, we want to create stronger bonds across cultural and social divides, to reinforce democratic values such as equality and solidarity, and to share this knowledge and capacity within diverse communities and local groups. Through our transnational cooperation, we seek to expand our perspectives, to develop our activities and strengthen our capacity for new synergies and long-term collaborations. Overall we want to share the knowledge and competencies needed for more resilient and inclusive communities.
