With this project, we aim to raise awareness among students, teachers and parents about carbon footprint, climate change, and environmental sustainability. Our main goal is to improve our students’ motivation and competences in adopting responsible behaviors and awareness in consumption habits. We want them to understand the impact of their individual choices and lifestyles on the planet and to promote energy efficiency through the effective use of local resources. The project also encourages self-sufficiency, local ecosystem knowledge, and global citizenship. In addition, we aim to enhance digital and foreign language skills, promote intercultural dialogue, and increase the international dimension of our schools. By integrating the topic of carbon footprint into the school curriculum and through workshops, site visits, and Erasmus corners, we aim to create a positive, inclusive, and innovative learning atmosphere. We also aim to support EU values and environmental policies among students.

Website, instagram konto, Facebook, artikel, containere til at adskille affald, workshops. As to the other results; we, as four different organizations from different countries, gained awareness about reducing carbon footprint and its results. With the participation of students, other colleaques, parents and local organizations, we promoted an international, national and local environmental awareness with the help of both international and local activities of our project. We made observations in different environments in Denmark, Austria, Turkiye and Italy. At the schools, we have carried out activities in various ways to visualize our project through exhibitions, workshops, excursions, and presentations. All schools have created a visible showcase at the school with information about the project.
