β–ΆObjectives

The main objective of implementing this project was to improve the quality of mathematics education by enhancing students' problem-solving skills and creativity through the use of digital technologies, innovative learning methods, and interactive tools. Specifically, the project aimed to: 1) Promote the popularization of mathematics and make it more engaging for students. 2) Integrate mathematics with other branches of science, encouraging interdisciplinary learning. 3) Develop students' and teachers' digital skills by utilizing and creating digital educational materials. 4) Foster collaboration and communication in both digital and real environments, strengthening teamwork and intercultural exchange. 5) Create a comprehensive online platform containing a mathematics dictionary and other educational resources to support learning.

β–ΆActivities

During the project, various activities were conducted to achieve its goals efficiently. These included online and onsite meetings, digital material creation, student engagement, and dissemination efforts. Key activities: Creation of digital materials. Teachers and students collaborated to develop interactive resources for mathematics education. Project management. Regular meetings ensured smooth implementation. Online meetings. Several sessions were held separately for teachers and students, followed by joint discussions. Onsite meetings. International workshops took place in Estonia, Spain, and Greece, fostering collaboration and best practice exchange. Student activities. Local school activities allowed students to test and apply digital materials, enhancing their skills. Distribution. Materials were shared via school websites, eTwinning, and newspapers. Final online meetings. Virtual sessions reviewed progress, evaluated outcomes, and discussed further use of materials.

β–ΆImpact

Acquiring new knowledge – Teachers and students gained new insights into mathematics education by exploring material creation and collaborating with partners. International collaboration – Working with project partners facilitated the exchange of ideas and sharing of best practices, strengthening cross-cultural communication and cooperation among teachers. Use of digital materials and tools – New digital learning materials and tools were developed and implemented to support mathematics education. Popularizing mathematics and science – promoting the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). Creation of a mathematics dictionary – A digital mathematics dictionary was created, containing content of math and being easily accessible to all participants.
