To exchange new innovative and multidisciplinary approaches to teaching and learning between project partners in order to ensure the quality of new learning paths within the framework of Industry 4.0, 2. To create necessary tools and learning environments. 3. To Improve the quality and relevance of the competencies through education and training systems. 4. To facilitate the flow and co-creation of knowledge. withtn the sectors higher education, vocational training, research, the public sector and the business sector. 5. To promote corporate social responsibility: equity, inclusion, climate change awareness, environmental protection and sustainable development, for the municipal transformation. 6. To establish the foundations to develop and support effective and efficient vocational education and training (VET) and higher education systems, which are connected, inclusive and contribute to innovation
▶Activities
1. Carrying out an inventory of good practices in Europe for the transformation towards Industry 4.0. 2. Design of an innovation laboratory. With the implementation manual, roadmap and tools. 3. Design of a training course template for young people in transformation. 4. Conducting a pilot test of the developed innovation laboratory with a group of unemployed young people from Onil and its dissemination. 5.Promotion and dissemination of events (online webinars, pilot testing of the course designed) and results to draw the public's attention and reach the maximum number of people .
