▶Objectives
The main object of the project was to develop the Estonian-Finnish training model based on Recovery Orientation aimed at mental health professionals. Training promotes the methodological use of Recovery Orientation among mental health workers. Developing and implementing training in cooperation with project partners forms one of the project's key activities. Estonian and Finnish professionals and Experts by experience (EBE) prepares the training package. Other objectives were to: - Piloting of the training Based on the framework discussed in depth in the project meetings, training pilots were planned to test theoretical knowledge in practical life. Professionals, experts by experience and service users participated in the planning of the pilot. The pilot was evaluated and further developed based on the feedback collected and analyzed. - Promoting cooperation between Estonian and Finnish mental health cooperation with organizations and people connected to them Overall the main goal of the Recovery orientated thinking is to promote inclusion, social equality and strengthen democracy. Thus, the project as a whole and its objectives promoted the realization of civil society
