Objectives

We wanted new tools for teaching wellness skills; we aimed to acquire a European perspective on well-being and hear latest thoughts from employers from both participating countries. We aimed to strengthen collaboration between schools, educate teachers on well-being skills, and create a sustainable training model for well-being skills. We wanted to draw more attention to well- being skills in Vocational Education.

Activities

Initially, we conducted surveys in both countries with a total of 20 different employers. The survey aimed to understand how employers perceive the well-being of young individuals and how it impacts their work endurance. Following this, we designed and implemented week-long well-being skills training sessions in both countries, during which students tested various exercises related to well-being. Representatives from the employers also participated in these sessions. Throughout the training, students and teachers assessed the exercises and their effectiveness. After the training weeks, we held Teams meetings with the participants, where students selected the best tasks and designed posters related to the topic. An e-book compiling these exercises has been created, and the posters have been displayed on school walls and on social media. The e-book will be distributed to all Erasmus partners and networks.

Impact

An e-book of Well-being skills exercises, posters about well-being, a concept of Well-being ambassador- education (total concept can be found on Padlet- base)
