▶Objectives
The objectives we set ourselves were: 1. to develop the school's European dimension -by creating cross-border cooperation between pupils and teachers -through the appropriation of the culture (including school culture) of the partner countries by the teachers in order to enrich the subject content -by developing pupils' sense of citizenship and European identity through the study of common historical foundations. -by developing the foreign language skills of staff and pupils. 2. encourage and develop innovative teaching practices -by the exchange and parallel and collaborative construction of teaching practices in modern and ancient languages, history, the arts and literature -by empowering pupils and putting their learning at the service of society (productions were intended to be put at the service of the school community and public bodies) - by the joint use of digital tools for collaborative and fictional writing, and digital tools for remote oral exchanges.
▶Activities
The activities implemented were : - exchanges and collaborative work (approximately once every month and a half) by e-mail or video between teaching teams and pupils - 7-day mobility of French pupils to Germany: including fieldwork, writing and art workshops and joint lessons (April 2023) - a 7-day trip by German pupils to France: including fieldwork, writing and art workshops and joint lessons (October 2023) - production of an exhibition and a film for the Erasmus days (13 October 2023) for schools and adults.
▶Impact
The concrete achievements were : - the production by the pupils of a trilingual (French - German - Latin) 80-page historical comic strip including a booklet of fact sheets on the stages of the fiction. The volume, published in hard copy, will be distributed to media libraries in the area, to the rectorat and will be presented at the Comédie du livre 2024. - An exhibition of panels and a film about the making of the comic book for schools and parents. - The production of posters (in progress) on European citizenship for the Franco-German Friendship Day (22 January 2024). Visio between the two schools The other results are the desire to continue this cooperation and this programme, both for the pupils and the teaching teams, and another Erasmus project will be submitted in 2024.
