Summary

Objectives Given the growth of mentoring and its valorisation in EU countries and the importance given to its impact on the success of young people, the objective of the MENTOR project is to strengthen the capacity of youth professionals to implement and/or reinforce their mentoring system in order to facilitate the integration and support of future participants in international mobility. This support will enable them to better integrate into the labour market with a mobility experience to be valued. Activities MENTOR project aims at reinforcing the capacities of two target groups: youth professionals and Mentors & Mentees (former and future international mobility projects + any other people wanted to become a Mentor). To that end, four tools will be developed: • Transnational study on mentoring needs; • Guide for youth professionals; • Mentors' inclusive training • Mentors & Mentees portfolio Impact Project
