R.E.A.C.H. Reimagining Entrepreneurship in Arts,
▶Summary
Objectives Through this project, all four organizations strive to build capacities towards professional integration & entrepreneurship of cultural and creative young entrepreneurs coming from alternative and minorized cultures, especially in language and modern music. For that purpose, we will enhance skills and innovation capacities of our workers committed with youth and support the emergence of an intersectoral and transnational excellent mentoring network, in Europe And beyond. Activities We will improve our mentors’ non formal & excellent methodologies and our organizations’ internationalization through expertise sharing among stakeholders committed with cultural and creative young entrepreneurs. This will be achieved through three Symposiums (It, No, USA) where interconnexions among youth, mentoring stakeholders and public & private organizations will be strengthened, facilitating supporting initiatives’ development towards youth during a colloquium in the Basque Country (Fr). Impact REACH will able the creation of an excellent & sharable mentoring methodology, well equipped and designed for young entrepreneurs from alternative and minorized cultures, especially in language and modern music. On another hand, the project will participate to the emergence and facilitation of an intersectoral and transnational youth organizations’ network dedicated to inclusive and sustainable mentoring towards internationalization of creative and cultural young entrepreneurs’ projects.
