Objectives FACE's main objective is a quality training opportunity to YEs and stakeholder staff offering young people knowledge and skills they need to become successful Cultural Entrepreneurs in their own local environments. Specific objectives: -raise awareness on Cultural Entrepreneurship -foster youth employability -support of local communities -promote active citizenship through networking and participatory methods -continuous professional development of trainers -sustainability of project results. Activities FACE WPs: WP1. Management, including meetings, communication, quality control, monitoring and reporting WP2 Methodology Handbook with implementation plan, including designing with local work groups, development and evaluation by target groups WP3 Blended course developed with a Learning Outcome Matrix and a transnational training of trainers learning activity WP4 E-learning platform and tool kits development and evaluation through piloting with target groups WP5 Diffusion and impact activities Impact Evaluation, technical, financial reports Methodology Handbook: 1. Didactical notes 2. Cultural Entrepreneurship 3. Management Guide 4. Implementation Strategy Blended course developed with a Learning Outcome Matrix and a transnational training of trainers learning activity e-learning platform and tool kits including Open Educational Resources, scenario based quest and badges Dissemination plan, 4 newsletters, website, leaflet, 4 national and 1 transnational dissemination events.
