Accompagnement de jeunes européens livreurs à vélo

Objectives The rapidly expanding urban delivery sector generates its share of negative social and environmental externalities. However, it is a sector of the future, full of meaning for young Europeans wishing to work towards a sustainable economy. In order to escape from these working conditions, many young people launch their own projects without having the necessary resources to succeed. This programme aims to help them develop the skills they need to achieve success in their initiative. Activities This project will conduct 3 distinct coaching modules: -Teaching through an active pedagogy kit to acquire a key base of entrepreneurial skills. -Facilitating exchanges of practice to make young people actors in the search for solutions to their problems and questions. -The implementation of a mentoring programme to support them in the daily implementation of their project, through experts in the sector. Impact The expected results are: -The personal development of a significant number of young European delivery workers, both in terms of self-confidence and in terms of the skills developed, which can be used in this sector as well as in their future professional life -The development in Europe of a virtuous delivery model, formed by cooperatives, connected at the scale of the Union, but locally established -The development of low-carbon delivery in European cities through the use of cargo bikes.
