Objectives DAL is an environmental protection project that aims to encourage municipalities to collaborate with youth to develop sustainable smart green cities to with the priority "Environment and Fight Against climate change."The project is a unique opportunity to bring together municipalities, young citizens -the future leaders in Europe to DREAM - ACT - LEAD together.
