โ–ถObjectives

By implementing the project we wanted to improve teaching skills in different on-line mode of learning, introduce educators to current educational trends and implementation possibilities, provide practical ideas on how to use technology to enhance their current tasks and work plans, enhance their motivation for using technology in the classroom, encourage them to create their own digital teaching materials by implementing good andragogical practices and strategies into digital learning and finally to increase their competences and confidence in selecting appropriate ICT tools for andragogic and didactic purposes. Also we wanted our educators to broaden their horizon by connecting with colleagues from other countries by participating in project and creating new connections and network support.

โ–ถActivities

- DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION GUIDEBOOK - a complete, up-to-date written guide following the latest trends in digital education translated and adapted into 4 languages available in PDF - DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION WORKSHOPS - 5 one-day workshops in all partner countries with complimentary Moodle Classroom designed to follow the workshop scenarios and test the skills in the digital classrooms, and try out different activities using ICT as well as self-evaluation of the participants for total of 77 participants - DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ONLINE FESTIVAL OF KNOWLEDGE - was organised online in each partner country to present the project and its results and provide expert talk through 3 podcast episode up to an hour where in total 5 experts were engaged in talking about latest trends in digital transformation with 213 participants in total - MICRO LEARNING CARDS FOR EDUCATORS were created for educators learning to promote digital transformation in all educational institutions - cards are available online in Moodle classroom and are designed as memory cards. - 4 face-to-face partners meetings and more than 20 on-line meetings during the project

โ–ถImpact

One digital transformation guidebook translated in 4 languages and available in PDF format. Five Digital transformations workshops held in all participating countries. Organised digital festivals of knowledge in all participating countries, each partner organized one festival with different subjects - three festivals in total, with professionally filmed podcasts for wider engagement. Micro-learning Cards available in Moodle classroom. In addition, partners from Serbia wrote scientific articles scheduled for publication later in 2025.
