Learning Together: know-how exchange of incubators to better support adult learners

Objectives were to: -Permanently adopt skills/knowledge acquired via project implementation in future learning / incubation programmes -Involve and train at least 3-3 members of both organisations in peer-to-peer sessions -Enrich own support programmes&test in pilot workshops -Implement 4 peer-to-peer learning sessions for staff -Involve and raise capacities of at least 5-5 entrepreneurial adult learners from Croatia and Austria in the pilot workshops -Gain new skills & knowledge from activity #1 and by participating in new workshop in partner countries -Publish open calls for participation for target groups in Austria and Croatia (2). The point of open calls is to advertise the news about the incubation programs, so that as many people in partners' areas find out about it. -Implement 4 pilot workshops for innovative adult learners in Croatia -Implement 4 pilot workshops for innovative adult learners in Austria -Involve at least 10 adult learners in pilot workshops (at least 5 per country) -produce at least 4 podcasts
