Objectives

One of our objectives was to develop materials to support the direct target group (cunsellors, trainers, social workers) as well as the indirect group. These materials were the following: - develop an online training curriculum for counselors and trainers working with women, including modules that can be implemented directly with the stay-home women. - collect and develop a resource guide on the methods as a part of the training material Furher objectives were to achieve the below activities by implementing the combined methodology of the three already mentioned methods followingly: - run a transnational training-of-trainers event for the trainers of the participating countries for 5-5-5 people from each country - run 30 hours of national online training events for women and consultants based on the curriculum for 30 counselors, - trainers, social workers in each country. The main objective was our initial idea achieved with the above objectives: offering new digital self-reflection and career planning opportunities for women, along with counselors of all genders, to enhance the skills of educators in each country, to contribute to the advancement of gender equality.
