By running a BLI-Embodiment training in Hungary, we wanted to have at least 20 certified professionals who can start using the acquired therapeutic knowledge with children. As part of the preparation of the Bothmer therapy training course we had two main aims. One was to learn more about the details of the Bothmer Therapy training, currently running abroad, and to see how we can tailor-make this training for already graduated teachers in Hungary. We also wanted to find Bothmer teachers and professionals who have been working in the field of movement development for many years, to see how their knowledge and experience gathered during the years can be shared and included to the Bothmer therapy training. By these activities we wanted to prepare everything (curriculum, budget plan, resource needs) for being able to run a Bothmer therapy training in Hungary. The two organisations aimed to exchange their knowledge and experience so that they can improve their current processes, ways of working.

We have successfully planned and organized BLI-Embodiment training, which was completed by 23 professionals. As part of the Bothmer therapy training preparation we set out in two directions. On one side, we contacted Bothmer therapists working in Hungary.The discussions with them revealed extremely valuable and diverse professional experiences, which were already widely disseminated during the project.Sessions were held in the ongoing Bothmer teacher training in November 2023 and for already graduated Bothmer teachers in April 2024. On the other side, we wanted to understand the structure of the currently available Bothmer Therapy training and reshape it to a postgraduate training.Bothmer has been accepted in September 2023 by WHO as anthroposophic body therapy, which also required us to review and restructure the curriculum to meet WHO’s requirements. As a result of the project we have created a curriculum for a Bothmer postgraduate training course, ready to launch. We have started spreading the knowledge and experience gathered at the International Bothmer Summer Intensive camp in July 2024. We also had a Therapy open day in October 2024.During these sessions people from more than 20 countries gained and exchanged experiences

At the end of the BLI-Embodiment training, which took place in Hungary between autumn 2023 and spring 2024, 23 professionals graduated and are now available as Embodiment therapists in many parts of the country as well as in Slovenia and Slovakia.The graduated Embodiment therapists have formed a community of professionals who meet regularly online and in person to support each other's work. Together with the experts of the partner institution and movement therapy professionals, we reviewed and analysed the WHO-accredited Bothmer Therapy training in detail, and then jointly prepared a plan on how to provide the training in Hungary for postgraduates, which has been available only abroad so far. Professional consultations were held with several experienced Bothmer therapists working in Hungary, as a result of which new lessons were included in the basic Bothmer movement teacher training as well as the future Bothmer therapy training curriculum.The annual international summer intensive Bothmer camp and our knowledge sharing day in October also provided a space for therapists to share their experiences and for participants to get a taste of the planned Bothmer Therapy training or Embodiment as well as understand more about the project
