T.I.S.Z.A. - Territorial Initiative for Sustainable

Objectives The project intends: - Create a stable and long-term collaboration between the 5 countries belonging to the Tisza river basin to carry out joint projects on river cleaning; - Encourage young local people to take care of their territory, and learn how to intervene with concrete actions on its protection, cleaning, and prevention waste production by sponsoring recycling; - Promote recycling and less waste production globally and encourage more and more people towards environmental initiatives. Activities WP1 includes management, monitoring and evaluation activities; WP2 includes preparatory activities and 3 training for youth leaders; WP3 includes 6 clean-up activities, 2 international laboratories and one exhibition, while young people develop green activism campaigns WP4 includes creating a website and other social media channels, creating online and offline dissemination materials, one intro video, 12 videos recorded during the internatio activities, local awareness campaigns, and one conf Impact Our results include: 1.Identified Tisza river banks are free from waste 2.200 young people are engaged in the process, 15 of them are trained to lead green initiatives 3.At least 10 youth green activism campaigns created 4.Participants and local communities are aware of the importance of recycling, reducing waste and safeguarding the common river 5.The
