This activity made it possible to: construct the training materials for the multi-actor training; create the tools to assess the direct target audience; define the methodological guidelines for professionals. -A3 Training and Implementation of the model in the field (8 months). 3 pilot courses were implemented and 190 target professionals were trained. After the pilot courses, 15 follow up meetings were organised with the professionals who participated in the courses. These meetings were a key moment to assess if the skills learnt during the training courses were reflected in work contexts. It was also an opportunity for professionals to compare situations faced in their work contexts. -A4 TRANSIT Dissemination.
