โ–ถObjectives

The A.MU.S.E. project aimed to achieve several concrete objectives. It enhanced the skills of professionals in the music sector while promoting sustainable social and environmental values. The project developed learning outcomes for upskilling and reskilling, including entrepreneurial aspects, digital skills, and sustainability competencies. Another key goal was the creation of a transnational educational-collaborative hub to foster initiatives and professional training activities in the music industry. The activities included the design and piloting of a multidisciplinary curriculum, the organization of creative workshops and collaborative assessments addressing the needs of music industry operators, and the implementation of multiplier events to raise awareness and promote professional opportunities in the music sector. The expected outcomes included a comprehensive training curriculum, a jointly tested and validated pilot course, a manual for the sustainable and digital management of music-related activities, and the presentation of project products and experiences at events and festivals. Moreover Partners have introduced their organisation in the transnational EU scenario

โ–ถActivities

The A.MU.S.E. project implemented a series of activities to achieve its objectives. It developed and piloted a multidisciplinary curriculum with the involvement of core multidisciplinary groups, gathering experiences and best practices, and identifying role models in each partner country. A study plan was designed with customized national modules, open calls for course participation were launched, and a 40-hour professional training program was delivered. Creative and evaluation workshops were organized, including transnational online sessions to share and discuss the results of the national phases. An integrated evaluation system was created, along with a career manual for musicians, supported by experts and staff from the partner organizations. Communication, promotion, and dissemination activities included the creation of a website, social media presence, articles in music magazines, multiplier events, and thematic webinars. Each partner organized at least one multiplier event to raise awareness and promote professional opportunities in the music sector, concluding the project with the publication of videos and music produced during the workshops on dedicated channels.

โ–ถImpact

The A.MU.S.E. project delivered concrete and measurable results. It developed an 'Integrated VET Transformation Plan' for the music sector, creating two course profiles (upskilling and reskilling) with a structured curriculum and teaching materials. Pilot courses were organized and tested, each offering 40 hours of training and involving at least 20 musicians per course, resulting in a total of 60 musicians trained. Creative and professional workshops were conducted, along with community-based evaluation events. Each partner hosted multiplier and dissemination events, reaching a total audience of at least 100 people per country. A key achievement was the creation of an open education and learning platform, facilitating connections between music schools, VET providers, and the cultural and creative industries. The project also produced a guide for skill validation and certification, a toolkit for musicians' competences, and digital training materials available online. Dissemination efforts included an active presence on social media and the progressive strengthening of networks. Partners are continuing their valorisation activities within ongoing institutional events and educational and cultural programs
