▶Objectives
The general objective was to promote the social and professional inclusion of adults with disabilities aged 30 to 45, through the acquisition of essential skills to tackle daily challenges, as defined by the WHO. Specifically, through the project, we aimed to: Improve trainers' skills in teaching life skills to learners with disabilities by 70%. Create an innovative digital toolkit, accessible through an e-learning platform on the project website. Build a network of operators working with users with disabilities. Design and implement tools to assess improvements in the life skills of learners, allowing for accurate measurement of progress achieved through the new methodologies adopted. Additionally, the project pursued the following priorities: Inclusion and Diversity: Promote the social and professional inclusion of disabled adults by addressing economic, geographical, and social barriers. Reskilling and Accessibility: Provide innovative educational opportunities. Improvement of Educators’ Skills: Enhance the skills of trainers and provide effective tools for assessing learning outcomes for adults with disabilities.
