▶Activities
The activities implemented during the project correspond to those indicated in the planning phase: Activity 1 - Volunteer operator training divided into four micro-activities: - identification of participants; - preparation of training content; - training on digital storytelling; - production of multimedia material. Activity 2 - Experimentation and evaluation of the experience divided into three micro-activities - experimentation of digital storytelling paths - creation of the "Digital storytelling for the Third Sector" platform - realisation of the final event. In addition to the two main activities, there was also a transversal system activity aimed at managing the project, which involved all the partners through periodic online meetings (only the kickoff meeting was held in Grosseto) concerning: the planning of activities, the sharing of intervention methods and the realisation of products, the comparison and resolution of problems.
▶Impact
The project realised all outputs already foreseen in the application phase: - the Digital Storytelling platform for the Third Sector; - multilingual video lectures and teaching materials accessible online from the platform after free registration; - narrative-digital products realised by the project participants; - booklet; - final online event. At the same time, the expected results were fully achieved to the extent of - thirty people trained (10 for each partner) and consequent increase in their digital skills; - good attendance and level of interaction during the training; - awareness of the commitment of local associations increased; - intergenerational exchange activated; - visibility of commitment of local non-profit organisations increased; - increased community dimension. In addition to the outcomes listed above, there is the identification of effective collaborative methods between the partners and the smooth running of relations in the management of the project.
