The project aimed to educate and support teachers in creating inclusive classrooms that foster understanding and acceptance of diverse individuals, regardless of their differences from the majority. The objectives the project aimed to achieve: *Raising awareness about the importance of creating an inclusive classroom community *Educating children on the value of diversity and promoting acceptance of differences *Enhancing the inclusivity of children with various backgrounds and abilities in the classroom *Raising students’ awareness of diversity and laying the foundation for a generation that does not divide people based on their differences *Reducing instances of bullying and discrimination *Promoting the principle that everyone deserves equal access to education *Breaking down barriers between "normal" students and those from different cultures or with different abilities *Equipping teachers with tools to identify the strengths and weaknesses of diverse students *Educating children on how to communicate effectively with peers of different backgrounds *Raising awareness of teachers’ mental health challenges and providing resources to manage stress when working with diverse students

The main activities implemented during the project included: -Conducting research on classroom inclusiveness, focusing on teachers and children who are war immigrants, children with physical disabilities, and children with mental disabilities (specifically those with autism) -Developing courses to guide teachers on how to create inclusive classrooms -Creating a learning platform for teachers that hosts all the developed materials -Organizing three webinars for teachers, each targeting the inclusion of different groups of children in schools

The project produced a 50-page report summarizing key research findings and outlining necessary pedagogical and resource strategies to enhance classroom inclusiveness. To ensure broad accessibility, the report and accompanying word clouds representing target groups were translated into Lithuanian, Romanian, and Spanish. Three modules were developed, each focusing on a key aspect of inclusiveness. The module for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) provides strategies for fostering inclusion, dispelling misconceptions, and supporting relationship-building. The module for immigrant children emphasizes mental well-being and the educator's role in creating a welcoming environment. The module for children with disabilities focuses on combating bullying, promoting empathy, and encouraging students to look beyond physical differences. An online platform that contains all of the created material and ensures the created materials are easily accessible to teachers from different countries. The website is available in four languages: English, Lithuanian, Romanian, and Spanish. 300 teachers participated in three online webinars, enhancing their knowledge of creating inclusive classrooms.
